I'm New

Welcome to White Columns!

Our 434 homes are spread across four neighborhoods – Colonnade, Gated, Golf and Oaks. Each has its own unique character; all have friendly neighbors and offer a great quality of life.

The community is governed by the White Columns Community Association and a nine-member Board of Directors. As a Board, we want you to live hassle free, while still complying with our covenants, restrictions and by-laws. The contacts below should help make it easy, but always feel free to reach out to the Board of Directors if you need assistance. We remember what it was like to be new here and we want to help!

Making your house a home in a few easy steps:

  1. Please let the Welcome Committee know you’re here: welcome@whitecolumnsmilton.com

  2. Create an account with Access Management Group, our property management company:

In the portal you can pay association assessments, access Association Declarations, By-laws and other documents, submit architectural review/modifications requests or send along questions and comments. You can get access to the portal by emailing our property manager, Melissa Dicks, at: mdicks@accessmgt.com

  3. 2023 White Columns Community Association assessments:

Colonnade, Golf and Oaks – $746.72, paid in two increments of $373.36 (February and July; due on first day of the month)

Gated – $3,335.84, paid in four increments of $833.96 (February, April, July and October; due on the first day of the month)

  4. For gated residents only -- You should have received gate clickers from the seller at closing.  Be sure to look at the back of or inside your clickers and send the FC and S/N numbers for each clicker and user to clickers@whitecolumnsmilton.com

  5. Join our Facebook group

  6. Bookmark our website: www.WhiteColumnsMilton.com

  7. Request approval of modifications to your new home.

You may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. To assist with that, the Association has an Architectural Review/Modifications Committee to help maintain the quality of the neighborhood.

The Committee evaluates plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs and remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with all guidelines, protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes.

Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Modifications Committee for approval before any work begins. But don’t worry. We’ll move quickly to respond to your request so you can get started on your schedule, not ours!

If you have any questions about this process, feel free to email the Modifications Committee directly.
Enjoy your new home, community and neighbors.
We’re glad you’re here and we look forward to meeting you soon!
