A Few Helpful Tips
Let the social committee know if you would like to serve and help organize the community celebrations for our high school seniors. We want parents to ensure we honor their seniors well. In addition, please email the social committee and give us your senior’s name, high school and future college or university. The social committee can be reached at social@whitecolumnsmilton.com
Please remember the speed limit throughout White Columns is 25mph. Please keep our community safe!
Except for short-term guests at your home, please keep the streets free of parked cars.
Remember that replacement mailbox number are available to all White Columns residents at the gate house.
Replacement mailboxes can be ordered HERE. The White Columns mailboxes are box 1, post 2 and address plate 1. Order the knob, not ring, as a mailbox door opener.
If you need a replacement metal cover for the water shutoff valve in your yard, you can call Fulton County Water at 404-612-4000 and they will send someone out to replace it.
If you have a young entrepreneur at home, who has a skill or service to be offered to the community, email the Board at board@whitecolumnsmilton.com and we’ll promote the young businesspeople in our neighborhood.
Trash and recycling are picked-up on Thursdays and is included as part of your Association assessment. Containers may be placed at the curb Wednesday afternoons and must be removed by Thursday evening. Waste Management customer service is available Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm at 404-794-6707. To ensure prompt service, please inform the agent you are associated with the White Columns Community Association and provide your address. The agent will then be able to locate the service account.
If you don’t have a log-in for the homeowner portal run by Access Management Group, you can secure one by:

As Spring arrives, please remember to:
- Apply pre-emergent to your lawns
- Treat your flower beds for weeds
- Continue selective pruning of ornamental shrubs
- Do an irrigation system check-up
- Refresh pine straw or mulch
- Pressure wash your driveways
